- 75m² 4/6 people
- 2 double bedrooms + divan in the living room
- Super fitted kitchen (microwave, vitro-ceramic hotplate, dishwasher)
- 2 bathrooms (bath-tub/Italian shower)
- Terrace on first floor or garden at ground floor.
T 3
- 175m² 6/8 people
- 3 double bedrooms + divan in the living room
- Super fitted kitchen (microwave, vitro-ceramic hotplate, dishwasher)
- 2 bathrooms (bath-tub/Italian shower)
- Duplex with terrace on first floor and garden at ground floor.
- All dwellings are equipped with air-conditioning.
Rental
- Prices vary from 500 EUR per week, taxes included depending on the type of residence and the season
- They include daily cleaning, a twice-weekly change of household linen and sheets, and access to all the estate’s infrastructures.
Sale
- As we are the owners and we rent without intermediaries, the prices are net of any commission.
- Certain weeks are for sale from EUR 2,500 according to the type of dwelling and the season.
